1. Enrollment and Registration
By enrolling in any course at Swati Computer, you agree to these terms and conditions:
- Complete and accurate information must be provided during registration
- Enrollment is subject to seat availability in the preferred batch
- Institute reserves the right to refuse enrollment without providing reasons
- Students must meet the minimum eligibility criteria for the chosen course
2. Fee Payment
Fee payment terms and conditions:
- Course fees must be paid as per the selected payment plan
- Installment payments must be made on or before due dates
- Late payments may attract penalty charges
- Fee once paid is generally non-refundable (see refund policy for exceptions)

3. Refund Policy

- Before course commencement: 90% refund if cancellation is made 7 days before batch start
- After course commencement: No refund after classes have started

- Transfer: Fee can be transferred to another batch/course instead of refund
- Refund processing may take 7-15 working days
4. Attendance and Conduct
Student responsibilities and conduct:
- Minimum 75% attendance is required for certificate eligibility
- Students must maintain discipline and respect institute property
- Any damage to institute property must be compensated
- Mobile phones should be kept silent during class hours
- Institute reserves the right to take disciplinary action for misconduct
5. Course Completion and Certificate
Certificate issuance terms:
- Certificate will be issued only after successful course completion
- Minimum attendance requirement must be met
- All assignments and projects must be submitted
- Final assessment must be cleared
- Duplicate certificate may be issued with applicable charges
6. Placement Assistance
Terms related to placement support:
- Placement assistance is provided but not guaranteed
- Students must meet eligibility criteria for placement opportunities
- Institute will share job opportunities as they become available
- Final selection depends on student's performance in interviews
- Students must provide accurate information for placement process
7. Intellectual Property
All study material, course content, and training methodology are intellectual property of Swati Computer:
- Unauthorized copying or distribution of study material is prohibited
- Course content cannot be used for commercial purposes without permission
- Institute logo and name cannot be used without authorization
8. Limitation of Liability
Swati Computer shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Job guarantee or specific salary expectations
- Changes in market conditions affecting employment opportunities
- Force majeure events affecting course delivery
